Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the conduct and content standards for all users and creators on the Zyrcle platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, permanent termination, or legal referral depending on severity.

Zero Tolerance: Any violation involving minors, non-consensual content, child sexual abuse material, or human trafficking will result in immediate permanent account termination and mandatory law enforcement reporting. There are no exceptions and no appeals for these categories.

1. Prohibited Content

1.1 Child Safety — Zero Tolerance

  • Any content depicting individuals under 18 in a sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or inappropriate context — including real, drawn, animated, computer-generated, or written depictions.
  • Content that may be used to groom, solicit, or exploit minors in any way.
  • Any material constituting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) as defined under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2251–2260.

1.2 Non-Consensual Content

  • Content depicting real or simulated sexual acts presented as non-consensual.
  • Intimate images distributed without the depicted person's explicit documented consent (“revenge porn”).
  • Private sexual images published without the subject's prior written consent.

1.3 Violence and Harmful Content

  • Graphic real-world violence, gore, or torture without editorial or journalistic context.
  • Content that incites, glorifies, or facilitates real-world violence against any specific individual or group.
  • Content facilitating, promoting, or celebrating terrorism, mass violence, or violent extremism.

1.4 Illegal Activity

  • Content that promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for any criminal offense.
  • Content related to drug manufacturing, illegal weapons trafficking, financial fraud, hacking, or other illegal activities.
  • Any content that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law.

1.5 Trafficking and Exploitation

  • Any advertisement, solicitation, or offer facilitating commercial sex acts or sex trafficking.
  • Content facilitating forced labor, debt bondage, or any form of modern slavery.
  • Coded language or pricing references commonly associated with commercial sex solicitation.

1.6 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Content that reproduces, distributes, or publicly performs copyrighted works without authorization.
  • Use of third-party trademarks, brand names, or identities in ways likely to cause confusion.
  • Content that violates any person's right of publicity.

1.7 Harassment and Targeted Abuse

  • Sustained, targeted harassment of any individual on or off the Platform.
  • Publishing content that threatens physical harm to any person.
  • Doxxing — publishing private identifying information (address, phone number, workplace, etc.) of any person without their consent.
  • Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics with the intent to demean, threaten, or incite hatred.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Identity and Account Fraud

  • Impersonating any person, entity, celebrity, public figure, or Zyrcle employee.
  • Creating accounts using false identities or in a name other than your own legal name without authorization.
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, avoid policies, or artificially inflate metrics.
  • Using misleading profile information, photographs, or content descriptions.

2.2 Payment and Financial Fraud

  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials.
  • Initiating false or fraudulent chargebacks while retaining access to subscribed content.
  • Money laundering, structuring transactions, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
  • Instructing or encouraging subscribers to pay via off-platform channels (cash apps, cryptocurrency, wire transfer, etc.) to circumvent platform fees or monitoring.
  • Publishing external payment links, QR codes, or contact information designed to direct transactions outside the Platform.

2.3 Platform Abuse and Security

  • Attempting to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Uploading malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code designed to disrupt or harm.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without express written permission.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
  • Phishing, social engineering, or any attempt to obtain others' credentials or personal information.

3. Enforcement

Graduated Enforcement Framework

  • Warning: Issued for first-time or minor violations. Logged in account record. Repeated warnings may escalate to suspension.
  • Removal: Specific content removed from the Platform. Creator notified in writing with the reason for removal. Creator may appeal within 14 days.
  • Suspension: Account access suspended for 7–30 days depending on severity. Content publishing and payout capabilities suspended. Creator may appeal.
  • Permanent Ban: Account permanently terminated. Creator barred from re-registration. Pending payout balances may be forfeited. Applied for severe or repeat violations. Law enforcement referral where applicable.

4. Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of this policy on the Platform, please report it:

  • Report Button: Available on every piece of content and every creator profile on the Platform.
  • Email: trust@zyrcle.com — for sensitive or confidential reports.
  • Law Enforcement: legal@zyrcle.com — for official law enforcement inquiries and legal requests.

All reports are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team within 24–48 hours. Emergency reports involving CSAM or imminent harm are escalated immediately.
