Anti-Trafficking

Zyrcle operates a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of human trafficking, modern slavery, forced labor, and sexual exploitation. Any violation results in immediate permanent account termination and mandatory law enforcement reporting.

Zyrcle is committed to ensuring our platform is never used to facilitate the exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of any person. We take an active role in prevention — not merely a passive one. Our identity verification requirements, content moderation systems, and staff training are all designed with this commitment in mind.

1. Our Commitment

Zyrcle (operated by Inifex LTD (16543165)) is fully committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in connection with the Platform and all related business activities. This policy applies to Zyrcle, all creators, all users, and all third parties who interact with the Platform.

This statement is issued in accordance with the requirements of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657), the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (as applicable to international operations), and the spirit of the FOSTA-SESTA legislation (P.L. 115-164).

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account termination and mandatory law enforcement reporting:

  • Any advertisement, solicitation, or offer facilitating commercial sex acts or sex trafficking involving any person.
  • Content facilitating sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion.
  • Using the Platform to recruit, harbor, transport, obtain, or maintain any person for purposes of commercial sexual exploitation.
  • Facilitating forced labor, debt bondage, involuntary servitude, or any form of modern slavery.
  • Coded language, price structures, or communications commonly associated with commercial sex solicitation.
  • Using Platform messaging or payment systems to arrange commercial sexual transactions.
  • Producing, distributing, or profiting from content created through trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.

3. Prevention Controls

Zyrcle maintains the following active measures to prevent trafficking and exploitation on the Platform:

  • Mandatory identity verification: All creators must verify their identity with government-issued ID before publishing any content or receiving any payment. This creates a documented identity trail that both deters trafficking actors and supports law enforcement investigations.
  • Content moderation: Our Trust and Safety team reviews flagged content for trafficking indicators including coded solicitation language, exploitation patterns, and financial coercion signals.
  • Staff training: All Trust and Safety personnel receive training on identifying trafficking indicators, common coded language used in commercial sex solicitation, and mandatory reporting obligations.
  • Automated detection: Automated systems monitor account behavior, messaging patterns, and content for signals consistent with trafficking activity.
  • Reporting channels: Multiple reporting channels allow users, creators, and third parties to report suspected trafficking activity confidentially.
