Safety & Transparency
Creator Verification
Every creator must verify their identity with a government-issued ID and biometric check before publishing content or receiving payouts.
Content Moderation
All uploads are scanned using PhotoDNA. AI classifiers and human reviewers work around the clock to detect and remove violations.
Zero Tolerance
CSAM, non-consensual content, and trafficking result in immediate permanent bans and mandatory law enforcement reporting.
Transparency
We publish policies openly, respond to valid legal requests, and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Law Enforcement
Zyrcle maintains a dedicated legal channel for agencies and provides full cooperation with valid legal processes.
Compliance
Full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, FOSTA-SESTA, OFAC sanctions screening, and AML requirements.
Creator Verification and KYC
Zyrcle operates one of the strictest creator onboarding processes in the digital content industry. No creator can publish content or receive payment without completing our full identity verification workflow:
- Government-issued photo ID — passport, national ID, or driver's license verified through an automated identity document verification service.
- Biometric selfie liveness check — matched against the submitted ID document to prevent impersonation.
- Age confirmation — date of birth on the ID must confirm the creator is at least 18 years old. Applicants under 18 are immediately rejected and blocked.
- Address verification — via the ID document or a recent utility bill or bank statement.
- OFAC/SDN sanctions screening — all creators screened against U.S. Treasury sanctions lists at onboarding and at regular intervals.
- Tax documentation — IRS Form W-9 (U.S. creators) or W-8BEN (international creators) required before first payout.
- Annual re-verification — all active creator accounts are subject to annual re-verification.
Content Moderation
Automated Systems
- PhotoDNA hash-matching: Every upload is scanned against the NCMEC CSAM hash database before it is published. Matches trigger immediate content removal and law enforcement reporting.
- AI content classifier: Machine learning models analyze content for policy violations including violence, non-consensual content, and illegal activity.
- Metadata analysis: Upload metadata is analyzed for anomalies consistent with policy evasion techniques.
- Behavioral monitoring: Account behavior patterns are monitored continuously for signals consistent with policy violations.
Human Review
- All flagged or reported content is reviewed by trained Trust and Safety specialists.
- Standard review SLA: 24–48 hours. Emergency reports: 2–4 hours.
- Reviewers receive ongoing training in Platform policies, applicable law, and trauma-informed review practices.
